Slow down. Reflect. Breathe. Connect.

We are Men in Community — a safe space to connect with yourself and other men; a space to give yourself intentional time to learn and unlearn.

Men are more isolated than ever.

Research shows that intentional social connection, community,

Our practices will follow that philosophy.
Your journey is our journey.

Why MenInCommunity?

For many of us who identify as men, we are starved of genuine connection. It may not have been safe for us to be all of ourselves without backlash. We weren't taught what being a man or connecting with other men actually meant.
We are suffering, and so are our communities.

  • 1 in 2 Men will have a diagnosable mental health disorder in their lifetime.
  • 1 in 3 men will have a substance abuse disorder in their lifetime.
  • Social Isolation is at an all time high and is as dangerous for your health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day.

Let's change this, together.
