In this space, you will not be sold life hacks or told how to live your life. In this space, you will practice how to take care of yourself, get to know yourself on a deeper level, and explore the man you want to be. Most importantly, this is done in community with other men. We are inspired by each other. We learn how to see each other. How to support and be supported.
We build a foundation of authenticity & safety where being YOU is welcome and celebrated.
You will be guided and taught evidence-based practices that improve well-being.
You don't do this work alone. You are supported every step of the way.
Weekly meetings that act as an anchor, allowing you to reset and recharge.
MenInCommunity is for ALL identifying men. We strive to create a safe space for all men to express and be seen in their individuality and identities. This is not therapy. If you are looking for therapy or therapeutic resources we can point you in the right direction.

The price of a typical mens group is $25 per session. $50 per session for individual work.
I offer a sliding scale and scholarships as availability allows. I believe everyone should have access to these spaces and am happy to work with you financially. I do ask that people of stable financial standing pay full price so others with less financial access can join.
